As one of the most popular private servers in the community, Club Penguin Rewritten currently holds 9 servers; the most of any private server on the map. With the fact that the CPR landmass is centralized in the middle of map, it's evident as to why many armies have decided to set up shop there. A centralized location suits an army looking to dominate the map, even disregarding the fact that CPR is arguably the best and most populous private server. With all things considered, it begs one to wonder: what army is going to come out on top?
A quick look at the current map will show Club Penguin Rewritten, and it's neighboring landmass, Club Penguin Again, filled in with blotches of different colors.
There are six armies all vying for the land shown here. Those seven armies are: the Winged Hussars, Cofo, the Cowbell Gang, the Tuba Army, Pizza Federation, and the Green Street Gang. Each of these armies have a different story to understand before trying to predict their futures.
The Winged Hussars are a product of former army giants, the Templars. After a dispute with Xing, renowned Templars leader, the other high ranks in the army, Ripmam, Dagyr3, Shinzo, and Phil Swift, decided to break a part from the Templars in January of 2019. Dedicated to destroying their former army, the Winged Hussars rampaged the Templars up until defacement of their website. Since then, the Winged Hussars have entered a state of isolationism to rebuild themselves.
The Tuba Army are infamous for being apart of one of the first great wars after the Club Penguin era of armies came to an end. Long battles against the Rebel Penguin Federation became the talk of the community, with neither side showing any quit. Although the war technically ended in a stalemate, the Tuba's slowly faded after the war ended. Some speculate their success was a byproduct of the community rooting against RPF, not for the Tubas. However, a new generation has recently begun, with Scout11 and KingWilliam at the helm. The two leaders know the legacy they have to follow up, and are most likely ready to usher in a new brass age.
The Pizza Federation got it's start in the community as the Pizza Boi Rebellion. The army was created after the Pizza Boi's, one of the early success stories in 2018, closed down with Club Penguin Rewritten. PZF made democracy a priority in this new version of the Pizza Bois, and have chugged along since then.
Although the other three armies occupying Club Penguin Rewritten don't have much history, they do possess a strong motivation to prove themselves as contenders of the map. However, it is safe to say that the Winged Hussars, the Pizza Federation, and Cofo are most likely the top contenders to take over CPR.
Unlike the other two armies, the Winged Hussars don't receive the benefit of having a simple uniform to entice rogue troops to join them during events. Despite this, WH continue to average respectable sizes of six to seven troops. The real advantage of the army comes from their leadership. Experience is abound in the army. What the high council of the Winged Hussars learned from their time in the Templars may just come in handy when a war arises over land. It'll take some heavy recruiting, though, to outright match the sizes of their neighboring armies.

Pizza Federation is at a disadvantage from the get-go in a land sense. Unable to draft both of their entry servers onto Club Penguin Rewritten, PZF settled with Zipline, a server on Club Penguin Again. Their server on CPR, Abominable, is completely surrounded by the Tubas and the Cowbells. If they don't want to lose their spot in the fray, they'll have to trot out their troops to fend off the opposition. Pizza Federation consistently averages around ten troops per event, which sends a warning to the two armies that they may not want to engage in conflict with them.
Cofo's challenges lie within themselves. The army has lacked a bit of consistency and activity in their history, but have shown how much they are a force to be reckoned with when focused on the task at hand. Averaging roughly twelve troops per event, Cofo's biggest enemy is perhalps, themselves. They also seem to be in a bit of limbo with their site, so events have been happening on whim. Cofo has had a bit of beef with Pizza Federation in the past. Perhaps the map will rekindle that rivalry.
In the end, time will be the best teller of the future. Each army currently contesting Club Penguin Rewritten have their strengths and weaknesses. For the betting man, it wouldn't be a bad investment to bet on the Winged Hussars to become the rulers of CPR. Right now, the armies doesn't have a primary goal, except to grow, and they have the wit to maneuver the politics that come with the map. Suffice to say, it will be interesting to see how the battles unfold.
